I loved the location and the rooms facing the marina, though they do get noisy in the evening and on market day morning. The village is cool, with locals going about their lives, not just tourism, and a mix of nationalities. It’s another pleasant family hotel. Laeticia, who runs the morning and lunchtime service, was very kind and helpful. The service overall was very friendly, if a little ad hoc, and the hotel and restaurant are a joint enterprise.

The hostess puts her heart into making guests’ stays lovely, and she’s very friendly. We were absolutely delighted with our fantastic room and its incredible view. If you’re after an unforgettable atmosphere rather than total luxury, this is the place. Don’t be put off by the bad reviews! Thank you so much for your time.

The beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was served just two meters from the lake. The room was a little dated, but its window looked out on a breathtaking view of the town’s harbor. We woke to waves hitting the dock. It’s a beautiful, quaint hotel, and I spent two nights there. Definitely worth a try.

We especially loved the fantastic harbor view, and the staff were so warm and attentive. The hotel is right on the harbor, a charming little place for anyone who loves the Italian atmosphere. Our room was typically Italian, small and simply furnished, but spotlessly clean. Breakfast is well worth the €10 per person. You sit outside right by the water, with the busy harbor all around. In the evening there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby for an aperitivo or a relaxed dinner. Parking was easy too: we used special tourist spaces in town for just €3. A really enjoyable stay!
