Gargnano was a lovely surprise for us. It feels pleasantly authentic and not crowded like many other places on Lake Garda, with charming lanes, a relaxed atmosphere, plenty of good restaurants, and a beautiful lakeside promenade. The town is an easy walk from Villa del Lis, which made it a wonderful base for a relaxing holiday. We would definitely return. The hospitality added a lot to our stay. Communication with the hosts was straightforward, questions were answered quickly, and we always felt welcome. Oliver looked after us on site and was exceptionally friendly, attentive, helpful, and accommodating. His warm personality and recommendations made the stay even better. We stayed in the "Stanza Arancia" room, one of two rooms and a holiday apartment available. It was tastefully furnished, very clean, and extremely well equipped, with a very comfortable bed and air conditioning that worked perfectly. The small touches were especially thoughtful, from clothespins and a drying rack to a windshield cover for the car. The bathroom was modern, with a large, comfortable shower and lots of space. The garden is beautifully maintained, and the fantastic pool is a peaceful place to relax after an outing or a day at the lake. We also got to see the apartment, which is beautifully furnished and has a superbly equipped kitchen and sunny terrace for breakfast or an evening outdoors. Villa del Lis itself is a special place. This former traditional lemon house has been renovated with great care and an eye for aesthetics, preserving the historic property's charm while adding modern comforts. You can feel the passion that went into it as soon as you arrive. Having private parking right in front of the house is a real convenience, especially on Lake Garda.

We spent Easter at Villa del Lis in the Rustico Limone apartment and felt very, very comfortable. It was stylish and modern, superbly equipped, and had everything we needed. We'd have coffee in the sunshine on the rooftop terrace overlooking Lake Garda, and later cool off in the on-site pool. It's very quiet there, while the town center with its cafes, bars, and restaurants is less than a 5-minute walk away. The lake beach is just 2 minutes on foot. There's plenty to do nearby, from hikes through the lemon groves and mountain bike tours to sightseeing, water sports, and good meals. The other rooms at Villa del Lis are also very beautiful and cozy, with stylish, modern furnishings, and the garden is lovely for sunbathing. Our hosts, Yvonne and Oliver, were lovely. Thank you for such a wonderful time at Lake Garda. We'll definitely be back. Best regards, Katrin and Jens

We spent four days at Oliver and Yvonne's place in the Rustico Limone apartment, and it was a truly lovely, pleasant stay. The care put into the details is clear, and they were always available and helpful. We have nothing at all to complain about and are heading home with wonderful memories. Everything went smoothly, from booking to check-in and the rest of our stay. The location is excellent, with everything in Gargnano within easy walking distance. The beautiful garden and pool were a real plus. The accommodation is fantastic, with lovely rooms, a welcoming feel, tasteful modern decor, and everything brand new and spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful stay on Lake Garda and can highly recommend it. Thank you!

This was our second short break at Lake Garda, and we stayed at Villa del Lis both times. Arriving and checking in went smoothly on each visit. The restored property is lovely for relaxing, about a 5-minute walk from both Gargnano center and the beach. We chose the charming Stancia Arancia, which was just the right size for us. It had bathroom and pool towels, coffee capsules, plates, cups, cutlery, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, and power outlets with USB charging ports. The room and property are furnished and designed with lots of care. 👌☺️ #LaDolceVita #SeeYouAgain 🏖️ 🍹 ☀️ 😎
