The photos set higher expectations than the house met. It looks pretty at first, but it was dirty, with even moldy food remains in the cupboards. The bedrooms in the main house were fine, while the two annex rooms were uncomfortable. The pool couldn't be used during our week-long vacation. Italianways handled things poorly, with delays and bad communication. We asked for a discount because of the pool, and the agency first agreed, then stopped replying. I wouldn't recommend renting this house.

We agreed on a discount with Italianways after negotiating, then never heard from the agency again. That lack of professionalism was deplorable. The main house was comfortable, though not clean enough. Both annexes were below standard, too small with children's beds, and had a musty smell. The pool had turned green, and we got conflicting answers about whether it was safe to swim. They finally drained it the day before we left. Overall, this summer vacation was unsatisfactory.
