The customer service made an already bad stay even worse. Staff were rude and unhelpful, and they promised things they never followed through on. We won't be back. There was hardly room to move in the tiny, cabin-like room. The beds sagged and were uncomfortable, so getting a good night's sleep was difficult. The bathroom was cramped, had no bidet, and wasn't very clean. The door wouldn't shut properly, and the hair dryer nearly exploded, sending out black smoke. We also found sparking electrical outlets, which felt dangerous.

For the price, it was great. The room was small, just as the booking description said, but very clean and quiet thanks to good soundproofing. The bed was comfortable, the management was friendly, and the beach is only a couple of steps away.

I appreciate how quickly Mr. Mattia replied to my email. Still, I never thought I'd sleep in a cutlery drawer! There wasn't even a bidet, and the soundproofing was absolutely zero. I'd planned a weekend with my son so he could rest before his game the next morning. Instead, the stay was quite stimulating and refreshing. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this kind of accommodation.

The hotel is spotless, and the staff are friendly. It's only steps from the sea, and there are deals available through the hotel at some nearby beach clubs, restaurants, and clubs.
