The house was very dirty, and nobody seemed to clean it. The beds and mattresses were poor, and the pillows had been used too much. The sheets and towels were also in very bad, worn condition. Breakfast was below normal, with almost nothing to eat. The place needs a full renovation, along with new linens and services. It costs far too much, especially when you could stay in a hotel. I don't recommend it.

The owners were waiting for us when we arrived late, and they were warm and welcoming throughout. It's a lovely house right by Lake Varese, with spacious, clean rooms. Breakfast was great, especially the coffee and pastries, though I would've liked a savory choice as well. Still, everything was perfectly fine and good value for money. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was my favorite part of the day, with care put into every little detail. I spent four days at this B&B with friends this month, and it was a fantastic experience. The owners were so kind and helpful that their hospitality made us feel like we were staying at our grandparents' house. Our room was large, spacious, and very clean.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, and our host made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was generous, served in a room with a lake view. The location is excellent. Highly recommended.
