We were travelling around Sardinia without booking ahead and needed a room in this area. I'm so glad we found this place. The village was cute and well maintained, and the room had been thoughtfully designed and renovated while keeping the house's old charm.

Our apartment was spacious, with lovely shuttered windows that made it properly dark for sleeping in. The bathroom had plenty of room and came with a toilet, bidet, sink, and shower. Its lighting was the one letdown; a few new bulbs would help. The place is very clean and has been renovated with care and attention to detail. A fantastic base in the small town of Gavoi for exploring nearby, and you should definitely have dinner at Osteria Borello.

The pellet stove warmed our roomy, clean space beautifully, and its glow gave the room a pleasant, fireplace-like feel. Marinella and Franco made us feel very welcome, and the service they provide is high quality. The room was simply but tastefully furnished.

The guest house has a lovely view and sits right in Gavoi's historic center. We were warmly welcomed, and our room was clean. Breakfast included produce from their farm, among it their own jams and yogurts. Gavoi is a wonderful village, and staying at Su Caramu makes it even better. Highly recommend it, and I hope to return!
