We had an issue in our room, but nobody came by to check whether we needed help. There was no availability or professionalism at all.

For the nightly price, I expected more attentive service. The loft is on the first floor of a building used for several purposes, and the bedroom is tucked into the attic. It felt impersonal, with cold lighting and plain white finishes. The location beside the train line also lacks any urban planning dignity. It’s not a bad place, and there is Wi-Fi, though no password was provided. The B&B service felt makeshift: reception couldn’t find my booking, and I had to arrange a time to collect the key. One star off.

We stayed in the apartment for one night as a base and had a great time. It’s spacious and has a big TV, kitchen, fridge, balcony, air conditioning, and coffee. The shower is a little cramped, but for such a bargain price it has everything you need. About the other reviews: yes, there’s a train station, but inside it’s so quiet you can’t hear a fly.

There’s a lovely amount of greenery and beautiful plants, and the place is welcoming and easy to reach. The staff were very friendly. I’d like to come back as soon as I can. Nicola

The wellness centre’s relaxation area is the most advanced and well-equipped I’ve seen. It’s kept obsessively clean, and the staff are highly qualified. Anyone who tries it is sure to fall in love with it.
