The courtyard has a large, convenient parking area, and we liked the hotel’s quiet location. Breakfast was quite good for Italy: scrambled eggs, ham, a nice croissant, and plenty of other choices. Our room was clean and had air conditioning, which was welcome in the heat. For a single night it was pleasant enough, though I probably wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay. We had booked a balcony room and did get one, but it was so tiny I could barely fit there by myself. Back home I’d call it more of a French window. The restaurant was closed while we were there, so we had to find somewhere else for dinner, and the staff didn’t come across as especially friendly.

The modern rooms were clean, and there’s plenty of secure garage space for bikes, which makes the place very bike-tourist friendly. Breakfast was included and kept me going through the morning’s ride. Very comfortable.

Our room, 105, had a view of the castle, and the rooms were nice and comfortable. The location was good and breakfast was a good Italian one. The staff weren’t good at English, but we managed to get by somehow.
