The waitress was excellent, though the owner was less pleasant. There were eleven of us at lunch, and we were told to limit ourselves to three different dishes so the chef wouldn't get upset. The restaurant had both meat and fish menus. The food was above average, but there are better options. The place could use more attention to cleanliness and tidiness, and the bill felt a little high for the food and service.

The room was warm and comfortable even with it at two degrees outside, which I really appreciated. It had everything we needed, though it wasn't new, and the mattress was comfortable. The place is basic but clean, and the staff are friendly.

We had a very positive stay. The room was clean, welcoming, and quite spacious, with a bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and all the amenities. Given that it's a two-star hotel, I wasn't expecting much luxury. There's a restaurant and pizzeria run by the owners, where we had tasty pizza and a nice beer in the evening. The service is simple but covers the basics, and the value for money is excellent. The hotel is just a short walk from the Frasassi Caves and other great excursions nearby.

The hotel's location is handy if you're visiting the caves the next day, about ten minutes away. The rooms are very spacious, but ours had an overpowering smell of air freshener or disinfectant as soon as we walked in. The family who run the hotel and restaurant seemed very disorganized, arguing with each other in front of guests. Breakfast was just jam croissants. When I asked for a plain one, they started arguing again, so I settled for tea. The glass juice jug was broken, too. At checkout they tried to charge us for a restaurant dinner we hadn't eaten, supposedly one made by others. Only stay here if you have no other choice.
