L'alpaca Della Rossa - Agriturismo

We were a family of five, including our four-year-old, who was so taken with the alpacas that he kept wanting to stay inside and watch them through the window. We stayed in the La Rustica apartment for the weekend. It was lovely and clean, and the setting was wonderfully peaceful. The walk with the alpacas is well worth doing, especially the stretch that carries on into the woods. Breakfast included things they make themselves, like jam, and they left the rest for us to finish that evening. Such an unusual and thoughtful touch. If the breakfast price seems high at first, that extra care makes it worth considering. Stefano was always kind and helpful without ever hovering. The location between Genga and Arcevia worked really well for us. Thanks for a great stay, we’d happily come back.

Stefano was very kind and suggested several routes to explore, and walking with his alpacas is an experience you really shouldn't miss. The property itself is carefully kept, clean, nicely furnished, and well equipped. Set among greenery with fresh air, lovely views, and none of the city noise, it feels like a dream spot. Highly recommended.

The owner, Steffano, spent plenty of time telling us about the local plants and wildlife, and he speaks excellent English as well as Italian. Our alpaca walk was fantastic, about 90 minutes long, with lots of different scenery along the way.

We loved the view over the valley from the lovely, spotless La Panoramica apartment. It was beautifully furnished, and breakfast was superb too. Stefano greeted us right away and was so kind and attentive during our short stay. We also really enjoyed the alpaca hike, it was fun and interesting, and absolutely worth doing. The farmhouse sits in a beautiful natural setting in the Marche Apennines. We’ll definitely return and stay longer next time.
