Breakfast turned out to be the best surprise. I hadn't found many reviews or photos online beforehand, so I didn't know what to expect. There was lots of choice, and the focaccia, krapfens and croissants were especially good. They also had plenty of gluten-free options, which impressed me. We stayed for one night while looking for somewhere affordable near both the centre and the sea, and this hotel fit the bill. The room was surprisingly spacious, modern and clean, with a bathroom to match. The air conditioning worked perfectly in the heat and helped us get a great night's sleep. It was a really pleasant surprise, and we'll definitely come back if we're ever in genoa again.

We stayed just one night as a family and had a positive experience. The hotel is small, and our rooms had recently been renovated. Breakfast had a limited selection of sweets, but what was on offer was good, and the famous local focaccia was there too. The staff were kind and offered helpful suggestions. Parking came in very handy in a city where finding a spot can easily become a major problem. The location isn't especially prime, but you can still walk to the city centre quite easily.

The location made getting around easy, with the sea and train station nearby. Parking worked perfectly, the rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly.

We slept well in a clean room with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had fresh towels and a few basic toiletries. The hotel is on a main road, so traffic was audible, though it didn't really bother us. Breakfast was simple, with coffee, tea, juice, croissants, and yoghurt, and we were happy with it. The central location is about a 20-minute walk from the Aquarium. There’s also a garage, which made parking convenient and secure. The price was reasonable, and Margot replied promptly by email when we arranged the reservation, so confirmation was quick. The front desk staff were friendly too.
