The price was good, and the location was SPECTACULAR.

The rooms are simple and clean, and the place is right on Genoa’s main street in a central spot. The bathroom is shared with other rooms.

The location was good, right in the city center, but I was disappointed by the reception, which didn’t really feel like a reception at all. Our room for five people was quite cramped, and the bathroom was shared. When we got back, there was nobody there to collect the keys. There was no parking, private beach, breakfast, or air conditioning, just two fans. The fridge leaked, and the TV didn’t work properly because of a faulty power strip.

I was shocked by how this was handled after arriving with my exhausted young children. I booked a room while on the road on August 25, 2025, at 10 PM for an overnight stay, and gave our family details and an arrival time of 10:00/11:00 PM. I got there at 11:30 PM after leaving the wrong place. I rang the bell, but nobody answered. After three calls, they finally hung up on me at 11:30 PM. I then emailed to say I was waiting in the car outside the establishment, but only got automated messages about check-in times. I eventually gave up and spent another €100 on the same street to get a room for me and my children. Avoid this place if you don’t want to waste €95. To be clear, I didn’t see the room or anything else. The establishment is in a building on the 3rd floor, and I didn’t even set foot inside. I’m giving it one star because I have no other choice; otherwise, I wouldn’t give it anything.
