Atelier Apartments by Wonderful Italy

The location is in the city and not too far from the center, but the surroundings felt noisy and concerning in the evenings, with many people who seemed drunk or on drugs. I wouldn’t feel comfortable with the hygiene here, especially with children. The apartment also felt far too expensive for what it offered. There’s no free parking. We paid 105 euros for three nights at Marina Porto Antico garage. After our drive from Frankfurt to Genoa was delayed by several hours because of a traffic jam, we were charged an extra 20 euros. The young man handing over the key was impatient and not very respectful. The room was short on basics: no welcome coffee or water, just two rolls of toilet paper for four days, and not enough bath towels for three people. There wasn’t linen for the sofa bed. We found hair on the stairs, a dirty kettle, a very dirty sofa mattress, and a lot of dirt under the sofa.
