The location is really strategic: Principe station is an easy walk away, and buses to the city center stop right in front of the entrance. There’s also an excellent deli just steps away on Via Balbi if you need an easy dinner. I’ve stayed here several times, both for pleasure and when I needed somewhere at the last minute. The staff were always kind and very helpful, a real point of reference. The spaces are nice, the furnishings new and comfortable, and you get plenty of independence.

Dami, the owner, and her partner pointed us toward some of Genoa’s most characteristic places. The B&B is central, with nightlife, restaurants, and all the expected amenities close at hand. Parking for cars and motorcycles is available in front of the property, which makes a big difference. We felt very welcome and had a great stay. Just a few steps from the P.P. station, this is handy if you’re taking trains to seaside destinations or exploring the city, with the aquarium and port easy to reach. I found the place by chance because the price and location looked good, and I’d gladly recommend it. The room and bathroom were clean and practical, the bed was comfortable, and the windows kept out noise in a quiet building. Breakfast is self-serve, with what you need, including water and fresh juice in the fridge. The owner was kind and helpful. Hope to come back, thanks.

Those mattresses were so comfortable that I slept perfectly. I was there for two days to visit the aquarium and had a very comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, everything was tidy and clean, and the private bathroom was new. Breakfast was excellent. The center is also only a short drive away if you need to go by car, which you can get right in front of the building.
