Mr. Gianni and his wife are certainly affable, but friendliness alone isn’t enough when guests are paying a considerable price. Hygiene and cleanliness need to meet a high standard. The furnishings are outdated and seem to hold dirt from years of use; without proper restoration and treatment, the room will keep that musty smell. Mr. Gianni, we recommend investing in renovating it.
