The location is good, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly.
Avoid this place. The address listed on many booking sites is wrong, which makes it really hard to find. They advertise two different room types under the same name, and we ended up with a shared bathroom instead of a private one. Getting compensation takes a lot of persistence.
A really relaxing place to take your family for a holiday. Honestly, it feels like a home away from home.
Right in the heart of Genoa, so the location is good. The rooms are spacious, with a shared bathroom.
Terrible place and a bad experience with reception. I asked to change my reservation after paying, but they kept my money and didn’t refund me. Better to avoid that person.
