The location is great, but the room was dark, dirty, and had grimy walls. The bed was breaking, and reception did nothing when I reported it. The WiFi didn't reach our room; they blamed my phone, even though a woman across the hall had complained about it too. The AC and heating also didn't work. The bathroom was shared with everyone, despite the listing saying it was private.

We were able to leave our suitcase early, and the service was really friendly and helpful. The apartment is right in the city center, with shops, cafes, and restaurants all around. Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious, bright, and lovely, with a beautiful balcony view, a mirror, TV, air conditioning, and a kettle. There was also tea, coffee, and sugar in the lockable room, along with a wardrobe. The small bathroom was well equipped and had fresh towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer. Everything was clean and pleasant, and it was a great guest house for a couple.

The host was welcoming and spoke English really well. We got a city map and clear directions about where to go, and where not to. The building's elevator is beautiful too. Really good place to stay!

The room was nice and the staff were pleasant. I shared the bathroom with just one other room, which worked out well, but there isn't much hot water, so keep that in mind when showering.

A warm welcome, a nice room for a reasonable price, and an amazing view from the window.
