Be ready to pay for parking. The rooms didn’t match what had been advertised, and the hotel made no effort to fix the problem. Reception kept ending the call and saying, “see you later.” Very strange. Maybe it would be fine if you visited beforehand and picked a room.

For a night in Genoa, this is a great choice. Marco was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were updated and modern. There’s parking at the property for just £10, less than most parking in Genoa. The center is a short walk away. Highly recommended 🔝

I’ve been coming back for a few years now and have always felt very comfortable here. A really nice place, and I strongly recommend it.

There’s a bus stop only a few meters away, and the city center is an easy walk. Breakfast is included, and the desk staff were really nice. For €175 for two people for two nights, though, the room was a surprise: basically no view, and a strange smell in the bathroom. It was clean otherwise. We could have looked more closely since we’d booked the “economy” option, but I’d suggest paying extra for a better room.

Right in the middle of the city. The staff were nice, especially Anas at reception, who was very kind and helpful.
