The whole place smelled of cigarettes, and the staff were rude. They stole my friend's money while they were showering, then kicked my friend out and charged them for 7 days even though they stayed only 1 night. Absolutely awful.

Small, clean, and low budget. It's far from the port and city center. Bus close 18 goes to Piazza de Ferrari.
