I made a quick trip to Genoa to see Paolo Ruffini's show "Din Don Down". Thanks to Andrea's excellent advice, the visit didn't turn into a nightmare. I don't know Genoa's one-way streets and no-turn rules, and by 8 in the morning I was already panicking enough to decide to stay overnight. Andrea could see how stressed I was and let me check in much earlier. Parking is free, with plenty of supermarkets and different restaurants nearby. I love everything about these old buildings, including the elevator, whatever some keyboard warriors have said in earlier comments. The value for the price, service and location is excellent. Most of all, people here are kind. Highly recommended. Thank you so much, and see you next time!

Mr. Andrea was so kind and friendly, and did everything he could to help guests. The hotel is in a good location and has everything you need. A few things might need fixing, but it was clean and quiet.

We're regulars now, and I love it here. The staff are super friendly, the room is so quiet and nicely warm, and the soaps are good too. It's very clean and comfortable, and the room I'm in tonight is one of the nicest I've seen so far, with everything I need. 💖🥰🤗💓
