It’s a spacious, very quiet room in a great spot, just a few steps from the old port nightlife, the aquarium and the old quarters of town. The owner was super helpful and flexible, and had thought of everything we might need, from a coffee machine to fruit, croissants and jam. If we come back to Genoa, we’ll book this same room again.

The room was simple and nice, and the owner was kind and helped us check in. It had what we needed for a short holiday, including a coffee machine, microwave and towels. The bed and pillows weren’t the best, but I can’t really complain.

Everything was perfect 🤩 The room was spacious and clean, and the price was ideal. It’s a really central location, close to all the services, and the management was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

The room was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, in an excellent spot near Genoa’s historic port. My only real complaint was breakfast. It didn’t seem to get topped up daily, and we were missing tea bags and water. A lactose-free option would be good too, perhaps available on request. I’d also suggest asking residents to observe quiet hours. Still, we had a great experience and I’d stay again.

The host was very kind, and check-in was remote, with the keys in a combination locker. The room is in the basement, though it does have a window. The bed was quite comfortable, and I didn’t notice any particular flaws, even if the room itself isn’t the best. It’s a perfect location, one minute from the port and lots of restaurants. There’s everything you need: clean towels, disposable shower products, a microwave, kettle and packaged biscuits and pastries for breakfast.
