The train runs right beside the house, so you can hear it at night, which was the only small drawback. Otherwise, it's a nice place to stay in La Spezia, close to the city center and next to the station for visiting 5 Terre.

I love the house and its colours. The rooms are spacious enough to give you that feeling of comfort and joy.

A little noisy at night, and I found a few hairs in the bathroom, though it was otherwise fine. The room was basic but clean, and good for the price.

The owner is really warm and helpful. Rooms are simple, clean, and spacious, and the location is very good.

It's a cosy, authentic place for anyone wanting to experience the real genova, rather than looking for luxury. A little way from the city center, but close to a train station.
