The area was our main concern. Walking there at night felt dangerous, especially for a woman, and that part of the city didn't seem very friendly. The building also isn't in great shape. On the plus side, the receptionist was very friendly on the phone and in person, and found us a double room even though they were nearly fully booked. The room was clean and decent, and the price was fair. I'd suggest calling before you arrive. There may also be free parking nearby, if you're lucky.

The hotel is clean, and the employee was wonderful, treating us so nicely and staying ready to help with anything we needed. The cleanliness was impeccable. The handsome guy at reception speaks very good English, and so does the lady, who speaks Italian.

Good hotel. There's no room service and no restaurant in the hotel.

I booked a room for work for the night of 27/5/2026, but the property was closed. No one answered any of the phone numbers listed on the website or posted outside.

At 10 PM, after my partner had booked two weeks earlier, we found nobody answering the door. We rang the bell for two hours and tried the website phone numbers, but they were out of service. In the end, we had to walk all the way to Principe to look for another hotel. The service was terrible, and the way we were treated felt rude. If you can't respond to guests, I don't understand how you can offer a service at all. Zero stars.
