We've stayed at Mélia in Genova four times now, for sports activities in town, for leisure, and twice with my wife. This visit is with our four-month-old baby, and coming here was the right choice for a great break. We always love coming back, and the service, food and location are the best in all of Genova. The hotel and rooms are a bit older. The Junior Suite and spa could really use renovation, and I hope that's considered. Still, the team made this stay feel perfect. Special thanks to Giacomo!! and the Front Desk Team, including Frederico, for exceptional service. We'll be back. :-)

Francesca from Guest Services made sure a bottle of bubbles was waiting in our room on proposal night, and Giacomo, the Concierge, sat down with me to find a local restaurant for dinner afterward. I booked the hotel for my engagement to my partner, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout. They helped make the occasion even more memorable. I’d happily recommend the hotel to anyone hoping for a memorable stay and attentive service.

We had to find a place in Genova at very short notice, and the staff were understanding about it. The rooms were comfortable and pleasant, and reception was especially helpful. They always seemed to know what to do.

The service was warm and attentive, and the neighborhood is quiet, with streets lined with trees. From here it’s a 10-minute walk to Via XX Settembre, then about another 10 minutes to the historic center. For me, this is the best business hotel in Genoa.

Breakfast had a great range of food and drinks, and valet parking was easy to use. The rooms were excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
