The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and pristinely clean, with a fridge, AC, coffee machine, and a large shower. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the AC came in handy on hot summer days. The building is beautiful, and there's a lift for big luggage. It's right in the city center, with supermarkets and lots of restaurants nearby. The train station is about a 15-minute walk, and the Volabus stop is 10 minutes away. Digital check-in was smooth, with clear directions to the room and no need for a host to be there. The Wi-Fi was fast. There was a problem on the first night, but Nik was attentive and fixed it the next day. A fantastic stay, highly recommended!

A great place to stay if you're looking to explore Genoa. The location is excellent, and the famous Genoa Aquarium isn't far away. Highly recommended.

Everything was extremely clean, spacious, well equipped, and practical. The host was friendly and helpful. It's a great apartment in a perfect spot, with the port, main streets, subway station, and more all within a short walk. I can definitely recommend Nick rooms anytime!

The location in the historic center is ideal, with museums, bars, restaurants, and other sights all around. The building is nice, and our room was modern, clean, and cozy. We had a comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi, and a clean bathroom. Nik was welcoming and made both check-in and checkout really easy. One of the best stays I've ever had!

The owner gave us breakfast as a gift, which was a nice surprise. Good location and nice people. Totally recommend!
