Rita's House

Mrs. Rita and her daughter, Llenia, made us feel welcome and were happy to help with requests. They also shared ideas for programs and events to enjoy in the evenings. The apartment was spotless, and all the furniture and utensils we needed were there. A peaceful, relaxing stay.

The owners were very attentive and provided very good service, though they speak Italian and a little English, not Spanish. The apartment is in great condition overall, with spacious bathrooms and modern tile work. The shower heads are a bit clogged, but they still work poorly. The beds are very low, and the mattresses could be better, though they were comfortable enough. The old-fashioned elevator has two seats and runs quietly. It's a huge classic 19th-century place, with 4-meter ceilings, rooms of 35 square meters, a large kitchen and dining room, and a gigantic central living room. The polished mosaic and wooden parquet floors add to the old-style feel. If that's what you like, this is your apartment.

The house was clean, lovely, and spacious, and the area had beautiful surroundings and superb views.

There are plenty of useful shops close by, and parking is good in the area. The apartment itself is large, with a lovely view, a fully equipped kitchen, appliances, and the basics you need. My only complaints were that there wasn't a TV anywhere in the apartment and the beds weren't quite comfortable. I'd gladly come back.
