We liked the apartment’s spot by the sea and small harbor, especially the wonderful view from the little top-floor balcony. The kitchen had good equipment, and both bathrooms were clean and adequate. There’s a small supermarket nearby and several good restaurants within an easy walk. Be sure to book the apartment’s parking space, since access to the residential streets is restricted.

The beach right in front of the building gets pretty busy, but this holiday apartment is beautifully placed by the sea and has lovely views. It’s modernly furnished, though rather spartan, and everything is easy to reach by bus or bicycle. A lot of the furnishings, including in the bathrooms and kitchen, show clear wear and could use maintenance. The price-performance ratio is rather high. It’s recommended for groups of 5-6 people.

AVOID THIS PLACE! The photos look beautiful, but we arrived to a cold house that wasn’t ready for guests. After a long drive, I ended up playing plumber. The mattress was upside down and impossible to sleep on. Water leaked from the ceiling onto the parquet floor, apparently because of an air conditioning problem. The shower was clogged, and I had to clean the filthy drain myself after a thousand kilometers on the road. There was no hot water upstairs and no pressure at all. In three days I couldn’t take one hot shower, like in a developing country. At almost two hundred euros a night, that’s a shame. There were only five chairs for six people, so convenient for dining. A chipped glass had been left with the others, and my three-year-old daughter nearly hurt her mouth on it. There was a sewage smell and no toilet brush. Given our stay, the owners should change careers, or maybe they’re among those raking it in through Airbnb. Shame on them. DON’T BE SCAMMED.

A lovely spot for family time or even a short honeymoon. The sea view is beautiful, and waking up to seagulls makes you feel part of that paradise.
