I stayed for 3 nights, and it wasn't a good experience. The location is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars. The rooms have old furnishings and smelled musty. The lifts didn’t always work, so you had to use the workers’ lift. The wifi was unreliable, breakfast was very poor, and the room wasn’t clean. It’s called a 4 star hotel, but I don’t think it deserves that.

Really liked it. The price was reasonable, the style is very vintage, and it’s clearly geared toward business travelers. With all the walnut panelling and traditional service, it felt like stepping back to 1995. Great.

The airport was very close, which made getting around for travel really convenient. It’s a bit of a walk to the city center, but manageable. The painting in the room was the one thing I didn’t like. It gave me the feeling it was watching me, which was a little spooky.

We only ended up here for a night because bad weather sent our flight to Genova instead of our original destination. The room was a nightmare: it smelled bad, the shower water looked yellowish, it wasn’t clean, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. There were no plugs by the bed for our phones, and the room was cold with just a thin blanket. Everything felt outdated and poorly maintained. I was so relieved to check out.

The location worked well for me, since it’s close to the airport. I stayed a week. The rooms were warm, though the cleaning service needs an upgrade.
