A very nice place to stay for a reasonable price - hotel "Terrazza Colombo - White Suite" is located in Genova. This hotel is located in the city center. In the morning, have a cup of coffee while looking at the city from the window. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel — Piazza de Ferrari, Piazza Matteotti and Teatro Carlo Felice.

It's private, with no public access.

The views are priceless, and parking is convenient. It's on the highest floor in the area. The only thing I'd mention is that the hot water could be warmer.
