We arrived to find the AC broken. The woman who met us said it had already been out for two days, and with all the windows open it was around 35 degrees inside. It was unbearable. Since there wasn't another flat available, we asked for a full refund. The woman called her manager, and they agreed to refund us. We also contacted booking that day, and they said the refund would come once they received confirmation from the property. Two days later, booking told us the agency had refused after all, claiming they hadn't advertised AC. We were extremely disappointed and felt scammed. Their word clearly meant nothing, and they took no responsibility for what their employee had told us. We lost all our money. Be careful about what they advertise and promise, or you could get the same surprise we did. This warning applies to this apartment and the others managed by the property too.
