The apartment itself has real charm and is reasonably priced, but staying there was difficult in a lot of ways. The house is so noisy we could hear everything in the unit below. The Wonderful Brits kept shouting until 3 a.m., and we nearly called the police, in Italy! 😂 The police couldn't help with our roommates, either. The furnishings were okay, but several things listed were missing: there was no oven, cot, or highchair. The internet was there, but the password we were given didn't work, and even the service staff couldn't tell us the right one. We contacted Wonderful Italy several times about the missing items and the password. They said someone would come, but nobody showed up despite our repeated attempts to follow up. Eventually they stopped replying altogether.
