The worst part for me was breakfast. Our excursion group had been given a table with spilled juice and a dirty coffee machine, while I could see much more food in the next hall. When I tried to photograph the difference, an older woman tried to grab my phone, shouted at me to leave the hall because it was for regular guests, and then threw me out. I felt as if the hotel thought we weren’t “white people” and didn’t deserve decent treatment. I was shocked by how different the tables were. Earlier, after arriving late with the group, we got keys rather than cards. I chose not to pay attention to what’s shown in photos 1, 2, and 3, but my friend was uncomfortable when she started hanging up her things. We went to reception and politely asked for tea. A young woman, which matters here, kindly gave us four mugs and tea, and we drank it before going to bed. In the morning, as the mugs ran out, several of us asked an older woman for more. We were told they’d bring some, but none came. I later realized that there was more food and everything we lacked in the other hall. I managed to take a mug from the staff table, and the most disgusting moment was finding someone else’s food floating in it (photo 7). I didn’t take a mug from our table, and as someone who was there, I can confirm they could easily be there. I don’t recommend this place to tour groups or other groups, or couples either, if you don’t want an old, rude woman to spoil your trip. Please read the reviews before you go, so you don’t get caught in a nightmare like this.

The rooms were clean, but nothing special, and there wasn’t even a bottle of water for guests. For what it offers, I found the price too high. I wouldn’t call this a four-star hotel; three stars at most.

The rooms were clean and decent, but service was very poor. Be careful at the bar: a tiny bottle of beer costs more than five euros, which felt like a rip-off. Thank God I didn’t order a drink, or I’d have had to pay with my entire assets.

The receptionist recommended a nearby restaurant, and the food there was great. Staff were very helpful and the service was excellent. Our modern, clean rooms were comfortable, though in the second room the air conditioning didn’t really cool things down, so sleeping there was unpleasant. Breakfast was buffet-style, with a range of breads, fruit, ham, and other options. Parking for our one-night stay cost 10 euros.

Breakfast was quite good for the price, and the toilet was okay. The room itself was really small, with the flattest pillows I’ve ever seen and a rock-hard bed. The location was so-so, with no shops nearby. There wasn’t much else to it.
