The apartments are small, but they're a great value, and only about 200 metres from the beach. The property is about 5 kms from the 'Lungomare' in Giardini Naxos. On site there's a small cafe/bar, tennis court, and children's playground. There's also a Saturday market about 200 metres up the road. During high season, a community social club runs dancing, card games, movie shows, and similar activities. Members can also use a swimming pool. A helicopter service about 150 metres from the site offers spectacular trips over Mount Etna and to other local attractions.

A lovely holiday property with a great setting and atmosphere, close to the sea and the Taormina gardens. It would be perfect for a holiday, though it does need some renovation.

The residence seems abandoned. The facades are crumbling, pigeon droppings have piled up, and the foul smells linger. It's a shame, because the place must have been splendid when it was first built.
