The orchard setting was beautiful and green, with a view of Mt Etna at breakfast. It was quiet and calm, and the room was roomy, comfortable and meticulously clean. If you’re susceptible to mosquitoes, bring repellent or get some at the local grocery store. I was glad the screens worked well. I stayed for a week while attending a nearby conference, and Emanuele, his brother and father were incredibly kind and generous. They made me feel like family, answered questions, shared stories and made sure I had what I needed. On my first night, after a long flight from Vancouver, Canada, I hadn’t eaten much, and even though it was late they ordered pizza for me. It was the best pizza I’ve had in Italy so far, which says a lot since the food all over Sicily is pretty amazing. Breakfast was delicious and generous, and this lovely family really went the extra distance to make me comfortable. I hope to make it back to Sicily, even though it’s quite far away for me. If I do, I’ll definitely return. It was an amazing holiday. Many thanks to Emanuele and family for such a lovely stay and all their generosity :)

The surroundings were beautiful🌿🌳. Emanuele was kind and gave us useful suggestions for places to see nearby. We had a wonderful stay😍, and the breakfast was delicious and nicely prepared.

The breakfasts were sublime every morning, and Marvin especially loved the homemade citrus jam. Francesco, the professor, came out to greet us when we arrived and gave us lots of information about things to see nearby and some local tips. He and his son Gabriele are incredibly kind and gracious. We were so glad we found this lovely villa in Naxos. It’s a hidden gem, with a beautiful garden and views of Mount Etna, and fantastic hosts. We had a wonderful stay. Grazie! :)

Francesco, the owner, was happy to give advice and help, including where to go and eat. There’s a lovely family atmosphere, and the breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choice. The rooms are large, with private bathrooms, and there’s free parking. The garden is wonderful, with an amazing view of Etna.
