Baia degli Dei Trilo

I’ll keep it short: this hotel is hell! The rooms are cheap, and the chairs were the only thing I liked. The chefs are nice, but the rest of the staff were horrible, especially the young woman at reception. She called me names and wasn’t helpful. Please fire her. The location is okay, but not good enough.

From the terrace we could see both the beach and vulcan Etna, which was a beautiful treat. The hotel is right on the beach, where there’s always a quiet spot without crowds, and the water is warm. The staff were extremely friendly, our rooms were cleaned and towels changed every day, and the portions were generous. The food was very tasty. All praise for the hotel.

The lift is tiny, and the walls in the rooms have cheap white paint, so they feel like cardboard. The young woman at reception isn’t nice.

We spent eight days here. The rooms were clean, the staff polite, and the hotel is right by the sea. Special thanks to the chef, who introduced us to delicious dishes. The desserts were simply magnificent.
