The room was cleaned every day, and the staff were friendly. The location was excellent, and breakfast was quite OK.

We were so glad we stayed there. It was clean and convenient, and the owners went above and beyond. Rosanna and her husband were really friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay there again. x

Breakfast had everything we needed and was more than enough, and the rooms were cleaned daily. This is a really nice family hotel, with a nice room and a very friendly owner. It's close to the beach and restaurants, and the bus station on via dalmazia is nearby, with a 20-minute ride to Taormina.

The owner was always smiling and keen to help, even explaining places to visit around Giardini. He didn't know much English and we didn't know Italian, but we still managed to understand each other. Once, when he spotted us at a gelatteria, he waved and smiled. I recommend Kalaskiso'. If I return to Giardini Naxos, I'd definitely stay here again. We spent a week here in September, and the location was so handy for the beach, port, shops, and restaurants. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a nice balcony, small fridge, small flat TV that we didn't use because we like exploring on holiday, and a spacious bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable. The room and bathroom were cleaned daily, and the sheets were changed several times over our six nights. Breakfast was included and we liked it. There was plenty of fresh sweet and savory food. The machine coffee wasn't great, but the ladies in the kitchen would make espresso if you asked. There was also a nice outdoor spot to have coffee and smoke. We heard music from the nearby beach club on our first night, after arriving on 21st September. With the balcony doors closed, it wasn't loud enough to keep us awake and we slept well. It might be louder in high season, July and August, but I don't know.

A beach disco nearby gets terribly loud at night and had a big effect on sleep. That's not the hotel's fault, though earplugs might help. The room had no balcony. On the plus side, it was affordable and clean, breakfast was very nice, and wifi, AC, and the safe were included without extra charges. :)
