Mario even brought our generous breakfast, made with local products, to our room when the weather spoiled the terrace plans. He also shared ideas for what we could do that day. We spent four nights here and loved the stay. Our room was bright and spacious, with a lovely view across the Ginosa gravina, and every detail felt carefully considered. It's a very special place, and we'd definitely return.

Ginosa was a lovely base, with things to see and do nearby and everything within walking distance. Mario made us feel very welcome, and we appreciated his suggestions for restaurants. Our room was lovely and breakfast was really good. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

The shower was set into the rock and was so spacious it could fit four or five people. The bedroom had lots of handmade touches, and even the soap was specially made for the hotel by the owner and a perfumer. We were warmly welcomed by the owner himself. Breakfast was generous, with much of it homemade by an Italian grandmother. The staff took care to keep the room clean and tidy each day. Looking forward to the spa opening in spring 2019.

Mario and Antonella have made the rooms feel special and their hospitality is lovely. The place sits right beside the “Gravina di Ginosa”, looking out over the ravine and the homes cut into the rock across several layers of old urban development. What a view!
