The sea was wonderful, but the house fell well short of what we expected. There was no balcony, no linens, no working gas stove, and no sea view despite our expectation of one. There were no curtains or mosquito nets either. In August we had to keep the blinds down after mosquitoes swarmed in the first time we raised them. With no balcony, even a proper place to dry clothes was missing, so having a clothesline hanging outside the house felt pretty bizarre. Renting an apartment in these conditions just to make money, without thinking about the people living there, even for a limited time, feels completely unfair. I'm sorry, but that's how it seemed to me.
