B&B villa Maria

The host was so kind and attentive, and breakfast was delicious. The house has a lovely old Italian feel, with memorabilia and furniture that seemed fit for a museum, plus it was clean, spacious, and full of atmosphere. Outside, we saw olive groves and parrots flying around. The nearby station was useful for trips to other towns, and although there was some train noise, we could bear it. The one small downside was having no Wi-Fi or internet. Best wishes.

The trains run right by the property, and the noise and shaking were constant for me, except from 2:00 to 5:00 in the morning. Even the state-of-the-art windows didn't keep enough of the sound out. That's the main reason I can't give five stars. The room itself was beautiful, roomy, and tastefully furnished, and breakfast was excellent, with wonderful homemade cakes from Claudio's mother, who was always kind and helpful. The property, and especially its manager Claudio, would otherwise deserve five stars.

We found an elegant old villa set in the Giovinazzo countryside, but the city center is only minutes away. Claudio was very friendly and kind, and the rooms have lovely lace and embroidered sheets. There's also a beautiful library and a well-kept garden. Its location works well for visiting Bari, the airport, Bitonto, Trani, and Molfetta, including the Outlet and Miragica.

We spent a lovely weekend here with a couple of friends. The garden relaxation area had such nice touches of color, and the rooms were cared for right down to the embroidered sheets and the pleasant-smelling linens. The beautiful furnishings all around were a pleasure to see. Thanks to Claudio for welcoming us so warmly, looking after us, and giving so much attention to the details. Hope to see you again soon.
