The staff are lovely, and the hotel is thoughtfully designed, with clean, comfortable rooms. It feels like a safe haven in the middle of a rather rough area, which doesn’t take away from the hotel itself. I’d recommend it for a relaxing stay or a night before flying in or out of Naples.

The staff are what really stand out here. They’re super nice, always smiling, and ready to help with all sorts of problems. The rooms are very clean, the air conditioning is top quality, and the hotel is recently built, so the standard is good. It’s only a short walk to the beach, and the hotel card gets you a good discount on umbrellas and beds. The breakfast area is a little small, so there may be a bit of a wait. It might be a three-star hotel, but the staff are five-star. You’ll have a good time here 😀👍

The staff are attentive and professional, and nothing seems like too much trouble. There’s a small bar at reception serving coffee, panini, and stronger drinks in the evening, all at good prices. You can walk to a nice cafe and a couple of food shops for things to keep in the mini fridge, though the area right around the hotel isn’t very attractive. The hotel itself is clean and smart, with lovely decor and furnishings, plus free off-road parking. Our room was large and clean, with an extremely comfortable bed, plenty of surface space, drawers, and a wardrobe. The bathroom was compact but spotless, with a good shower and nice towels. There wasn’t any shelf space, which may sound picky, but I need a shelf for my bits! I was also unimpressed with the Wi-Fi quality, though I guess that’s the fickleness of technology. A really good place to stay.

We’re a family of four, and had a great stay in the recently renovated, comfortable rooms. Parking is free, the pool has a bar with reasonable prices, and the service is four-star even though the hotel is three-star. Some staff speak English, and they do their best to help. Breakfast was very basic.
