If you're military and working in the area, I'd recommend Panfilo hotel resort, especially for events at the nearby NATO base. The room can be a bit cold because the A/C doesn't heat it properly, particularly in the apartment. You'll need a car to get here from the airport and to reach nearby villages for a proper dinner in the evening. For that kind of work trip, it's still the best choice.

I stayed at Hotel Resort Il Panfilo on my own and had a wonderful time. It's peaceful, well kept, and very clean, with the beach a short walk away and the center conveniently nearby for exploring. I could easily picture returning here with my family. My room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was delicious with lots of choice, and the hospitality was lovely. Alberto, the owner, went out of his way to help with whatever I needed and made me feel at home. I highly recommend this quiet, beautiful retreat. 👍🥰

Some of the rooms have seen better days, but that adds to the place's overall charm. The staff make you feel at home, and breakfast is lovely, with perfect coffee. It's a very charming spot, and I'll definitely come back.

We stayed at Il Panfilo for 9 nights in July 2024, and the Studio Rooms were spacious and more than comfortable for our family of two adults and two children. Breakfast was great, and having access to the beach club was a real plus. Alberto at reception made us feel at home from the start, and we're happy to return. In my view, you'll need access to a car to visit the beach and explore Naples and the surrounding area.

The rooms are well maintained and equipped for what you need, and the staff are polite, friendly, and professional. I have only good things to say about the owner, Alberto. The restaurant food is great, there's enough parking for all the hotel's guests, and the swimming pool water is crystal clear. This is the best value for the service in the Lago Patria area.
