Hotel Stefany

The photos I attached say plenty, and I was already being generous in this review. We ended up making the beds ourselves after asking for fresh sheets, since nobody took care of it. The room was filthy, with dust everywhere, and the beds had hair and stains. It was hard to believe we had paid to sleep somewhere so neglected. There’s no elevator, either, so we had to haul heavy suitcases up to the second floor without help. The whole place felt disorganized and disrespectful toward guests. A hotel like this shouldn’t be open. Completely not recommended. Never again.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and the price was good. Our room was roomy and clean, with a very spacious bathroom that did have a few imperfections. Breakfast was simple and brought to the room, which we appreciated. Hotel Stefany worked very well for a short weekend, and we had a pleasant stay. Recommended.

We were meant to stay three nights, but left after the first. The room wasn't very clean, with hair still behind the bathroom sink, and there was a strong smell inside, possibly mold. The one good thing was the reception staff apologizing when we checked out and offering us another room. We didn't take it.

The location worked well for services and the beach, and the private parking was convenient. Staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were always clean and tidy. We’ll definitely come back. Highly recommend it.
