Hotel Vogue

Having a car makes this a good choice. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport and city center, and the area felt safer than central Naples, though renting a car was necessary. Parking inside the hotel was free and felt secure. Our junior suite was lovely, with a jacuzzi and a balcony set up with a small table and two chairs, just right for breakfast at sunrise. Both the room and hotel were very clean, and the quality for the price impressed us. The staff were reassuring and professional. We could hear the neighbors easily at night, though, so the soundproofing could be better.

The staff were helpful and respectful throughout my six-night, seven-day stay, and I loved their service. Parking was easy, there was always a space, and breakfast was included and good. I had the junior suite with the jacuzzi. It was great for relaxing my muscles after hours exploring nearby, and both the jacuzzi and shower had LED lights. The room was quite humid, which isn't surprising, but the tiny window left it dark and gloomy. The lack of sunlight and excess humidity were my main complaints; a dehumidifier would help. The walls are very thin. One night I could hear people talking and moaning at odd hours, which disturbed my sleep and made it harder to get up early the next day. That happened on just one of my six nights.

The area is terrible for getting around on foot. There are no sidewalks around the hotel, so you have to walk beside traffic, and public transport isn't very good. Don't come without a car. A taxi from the airport or city is the most practical option, but it costs around 70-80 EUR each way, so the stay isn't as cheap as it first seems. The hotel itself was fine, and the staff were very friendly. My room was more or less clean, though the bed wasn't very comfortable. It was probably okay for one night. I got the impression most guests were local couples rather than tourists.

Friendly, helpful staff and a great breakfast. The rooms were clean and lovely. We stayed four nights, but a very noisy neighbor on the last night took away the comfort for the whole floor.
