We stayed one night, but were only in the room for an hour while getting ready, then didn’t come back until 6:00 AM. The owner waited until we returned to casually ask for an extra €50, saying there were cigarette butts in the sink. Worse, he had gone into the room while we were out, with all our belongings there. That completely crossed a privacy line. What if I’d stayed in to sleep? There was no receipt, bill, or other official paperwork. Yet when he wanted extra money, he suddenly brought up “respecting the rules.” No professionalism and no respect for privacy.

We had a wonderful week at Stefania’s B&B around August 15th. The breakfast was as good as what you’d get at a bar, with fresh croissants, coffee, and more, served in a shared room with a lovely balcony view. Stefania was so sweet and available whenever we needed anything. The rooms had every comfort and were spotless. I highly recommend staying here. Thanks again, Stefania!

The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the hillside location was quiet. Breakfast was delicious and made fresh, with warm croissants, sweet biscuits, and hot Nespresso drinks. I think we could arrange more. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, recently renovated, though the room felt a little cramped for three people.

The rooster’s crowing is quite a sight! The owner was just as welcoming as she was kind, and the place is a great base for exploring the city. Recommended to everyone. Bye, Stefania, see you soon. The Giusi family.

I already left a polite review on Booking.com. When you work with the public, you need to be able to accept constructive criticism. I won’t add more. Just read the owner’s replies to reviews on Booking.com and you’ll see why I gave her that rating.
