We were right in the city center, with the beach just a short walk away, and it also seemed well suited to families with children. I stayed for a week with breakfast included. The hotel felt welcoming and comfortable, and it was spotlessly clean, with the rooms and bathrooms cleaned every day. The outside facade is new and has a modern look, while the room and bathroom are comfortable but a little dated. I hope they update those too. The owners were courteous, kind, and helpful. Breakfast had something for every taste, sweet and savory, with fresh fruit. Highly recommended.

A very centrally located 3-star hotel, with bikes available. The manager and staff were kind, helpful, and really went above and beyond. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh bread, assorted pastries, croissants, fruit, and cold cuts, plus the usual biscuits, butter and jam, yogurt, and three kinds of cornflakes. The furnishings and rooms fit the hotel’s category. I’d highly recommend it.

I came back because the very kind owners make you feel so looked after. Tina’s homemade cakes are delicious, and the breakfast buffet has plenty of sweet and savory choices. They also have bike rental on site, great for riding along the seafront. The hotel is a short walk from Giulianova’s center, the sea, and the train station. If you’re traveling by train or want to explore nearby areas, the train and bus service is excellent.
