Terrazza sul Mare

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, everyone was friendly, and the sea-view location was great. My partner and I will definitely come back. 😊

A nightmare stay. After leaving our luggage in the room, we got into the elevator to leave the building and were trapped for almost an hour. We hadn't known it had been out of order for some time. We were short of air and had to call the fire department and police. The B&B owner had known the elevator wasn't usable and wasn't working because it hadn't been maintained, but did nothing except try to call a technician. Luckily, a man who didn't work for the building heard us screaming and managed to open the elevator's outside door. After all that, the owner didn't bring us water, offer us a place to lie down, or help us at all. She seemed indifferent. Then in the afternoon she kept calling to say she'd come to my room the next day to settle the balance and bring breakfast vouchers. At 9am the next morning she knocked insistently and woke us abruptly. She handed me vouchers without saying which bar they were for, and offended us by saying we couldn't have breakfast without them. Never again.

The owner was lovely and kind, and we always managed to find a space in the small parking lot. My husband and I stayed six nights in a beautiful, clean room with a stunning view of Giulianova. Breakfast came with vouchers for a nearby café, which had a wide choice of homemade cakes. 😋 I hope to return, it's worth it. Clara and Claudio from Mestre (VE)

We only stayed one night, but the sea view from Giulianova Alta was spectacular. The beach is a couple of kilometers away on foot, and our room had a lovely balcony. By the entrance there's a hallway with tables, a coffee machine, and snacks for guests. The owner was courteous and kind.
