Albero Capovolto in Sardegna felt special from the moment we arrived, and we already knew we wanted to return someday. We’ve stayed in plenty of luxury hotels around the world, but this place stood out as something unique. Alessandro puts so much of himself into making each stay feel personal, and we’re incredibly grateful to the whole team. We especially enjoyed getting to know Alessandra, Joe, Rosa, and Alessandro. They’re all genuinely kind people. During our stay we had a wine tasting with Alessandra, dinner in the garden, and a pasta class with Joe. We came straight here after our wedding in Florence and were struck by how calm and peaceful it was. The landscape is beautiful, and Alessandro’s attention to detail and personal taste show everywhere. Each turn brought another lovely detail, and waking up there each morning left us feeling completely at ease.

Dinner on the property is well worth having. Erica, the chef, made a beautiful prix fixe meal and is incredibly talented. The property itself is breathtaking, with beauty in every corner, and Alessandro is such a genuine, kind host. He made sure everyone felt comfortable and happy throughout the stay. His interior design background shows in all the details. A must-stay when visiting Olbia!

The pool was one of the most relaxing places I’ve ever been, and the property is stunning. My wife and I had an incredible honeymoon stay. Alessandro was amazing, making us feel welcome the whole time, and the service was wonderful. Everything felt magnificent. We can’t wait to return.

The service made us feel completely at home, and dinner is offered too. You can tell the chef puts real thought and care into the ingredients and flavors. The atmosphere is incredibly serene, a place more peaceful and beautiful than I could have imagined. If hotels used a star system like restaurants, Albero Capovolto would deserve three stars, worth making a special trip for. I hope I can come back someday, and I absolutely recommend visiting Sardinia to experience it.

The staff were lovely, and dinner here twice gave us the best food we had in Sardinia. Breakfast was just as memorable, with such fresh, high quality ingredients that we looked forward to it every morning. The property is beautiful and graceful, with every detail feeling just right. We’re grateful we got to stay here. Take home a bottle of the delicious local olive oil. Thank you, Alessandro, for such a lovely time. We’ll absolutely be back to this special place!
