The beach is gorgeous, and the apartment itself is cozy and nice. It gets quite warm without air conditioning, though, and the old mattresses are very soft. The service was friendly over WhatsApp and email.

We had a great holiday here, and the owner and staff were kind and attentive. Our spacious apartment was very clean, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, bed linen and towels included, plus a lovely shaded terrace full of garden plants. The residence felt quiet and secure, free parking was always available, and there was free Wi-Fi. A magnificent big sandy beach is a three-minute walk down the path. A few small fixes would help: the frying pans are badly scratched, the drying rack is rusty, the doors squeak and scrape along the floor, and most mosquito screens have holes. Our upstairs neighbors were very noisy during the first week, and we could hear everything. We still had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the place. We were greeted with smiles, clear explanations, and complimentary drinks in the fridge, a nice touch.

We had a very happy two weeks here as a family of four, with two adults and two children. The apartment was spacious, spotless, practical, and quiet, with two bedrooms and bathrooms, air conditioning, parking, Wi-Fi, and a balcony looking out to sea. It's just a three-minute walk to beautiful white sand and clear water. Prices were reasonable too: in July, an umbrella and two loungers cost €25 a day. Emanuele was always there if we needed help or had questions. Porto Aranci, a lovely town that's seen a lot of modernization in recent years, is a 10-minute drive away, and beautiful Olbia is 20 minutes away.
