The huge, accessible flat roof was great for sunbathing, and the beach was close. There was also an awesome restaurant right next door. The only snag was that there was no washing machine, even though one had been advertised. We were on a cycling trip and really needed to wash our clothes. A minor issue overall. I’d go again, but bring more clothes.

The reception lady was really nice, and the decor was cute. The location was good too. But there was a terrible drain smell coming from the bathroom the whole time. Neither bedroom had air conditioning. There was one unit in the living room, so you had to leave the door open. We paid circa 280 euro a night for the apartment in mid season.

It’s only a few minutes’ walk to Terza Spiaggia, and the area feels relatively quiet and cosy compared with the town centre. The facilities were all in good shape, and the shared outdoor space was nice. There’s a good Italian restaurant and patisry nearby. Highly recommended.

I can’t understand the two-star review with no comments. This is a brand-new building, a two-minute walk from a beautiful beach. It’s modern and comfortable. The only thing that didn’t work for us was the oven. Otherwise, excellent.
