This is a peaceful spot for people who enjoy nature and quiet. It's especially good for cyclists and anyone who likes going for walks, and my family and I had a few lovely days here. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The toilets weren't fancy, but they were always clean, and although the showers are outdated, they do the job. I recommend it.
We had a lovely stay for the price, and the campsite has its own beach, pool, and pier. There are good pitches, and the campsite itself is lovely. The showers cost €0.20, but they were clean and well looked after, as were the toilets. The roads are narrow, so I wouldn't bring a huge van here. We stayed one day with a large caravan.
The site is busy and packed, but it's laid out thoughtfully. It's at the southern end of the alpe-adria cycle route, so it works well for bike packers. Camping on the small hill near reception can help you avoid the insects.
The camping spots are lovely and cozy, beautifully set with a great sea view. The restaurant was nice and the staff friendly. But only some shower areas were working, and when we stopped, none of the ladies' showers were available. The showers were fairly dirty and cost extra, about 20 cents per minute.
I'm glad our stay was only one night. The toilets were dirty, had no seats or toilet paper, and there was no soap in the bathrooms. The showers took coins, and the sea was shallow, algae-filled, and not very clean. Most of the staff were unfriendly, though one woman was genuinely nice. I wouldn't recommend this campsite. If you have another option, go elsewhere.
